About

About Peptide America

Peptide America is a reference index of peptides in the United States, filed by molecule and by what federal law permits today. It covers 40 molecules; 15 of them have a lawful route, either an FDA-approved product or a prescription compounded by a 503A pharmacy, and the rest are pending rulemaking or have no lawful route at all.

Every status is dated and sourced to a primary record: FDA approvals and labeling, the 503A and 503B bulk drug substance lists, advisory committee transcripts and the Federal Register. The 47 evidence reviews answer the questions readers bring most often, with the answer first and every figure cited by PubMed identifier or agency document.

Who edits it

The index is published by Peptide America. Its editorial standards require traceable sources and clear limits on medical and regulatory claims. The site does not provide medical advice or claim clinical review.

How it is funded

Some molecules with a lawful route list telehealth programs that prescribe them, and some of those programs pay a commission when a reader starts care. Those links are marked where they appear. A payment never changes a molecule’s status, its evidence or its place in the index, and no supplier is ever listed for a molecule with no lawful route. A general partner card, which names no molecule, appears across the site. The full terms are on the disclosure page.

What it is not

Peptide America is not a pharmacy, a prescriber or a telehealth service, and it does not sell anything. It is not affiliated with any drug manufacturer, and it is unrelated to any company that trades under a similar name. Questions and corrections go through the contact page.
