Does the evidence support the lifespan and telomerase claims made for Epitalon?
No. The telomerase finding is a 2003 cell-culture report; the nine trial-type human records belong almost entirely to epithalamin, a glandular extract, appear in Russian journals or their translated editions, and the most recent was published in 2011.
Does the cosmetic-science evidence for copper tripeptide support injecting it?
No. The two human trials apply the tripeptide to skin and one found it no better than placebo; the injection-scoped literature holds no trial of any type, a topical product sold for appearance is a cosmetic, and the injectable form sits on no list.
Does MOTS-c do in people what the exercise-mimetic marketing claims?
Not on any published evidence. The mechanism is real in mice; the five human trial-type records measure the body's own circulating MOTS-c after exercise, heat or metformin, or in a disease cohort, and not one administers the peptide to anyone.
What is PT-141's actual United States posture, and what does its approval cover?
PT-141 is bremelanotide, approved in June 2019 under NDA 210557 for premenopausal women with acquired, generalized hypoactive sexual desire disorder and for nothing else; the label excludes men and postmenopausal women, and no compounded or research-use vial is that product.
What supports Semax as a nootropic, and what is its United States posture?
A drug's standing in Russia is not an approval here. Four trial-type records exist, all published in Russian between 1997 and 2018, none in the English-language literature, and none tests cognitive enhancement in healthy people; Drugs@FDA holds no application under the name.
Is injectable glutathione established for skin lightening, and what has the FDA said about it?
No trial supports it. Seven clinical trials pair glutathione with skin lightening and all seven were read: six test an oral, buccal, or topical preparation, and the seventh tests a four-ingredient injectable for under-eye pigment. The injected route returns no clinical trial at all.
Do the nicotinamide riboside and nicotinamide mononucleotide trials support intravenous NAD+?
No. Those trials tested oral precursors. Counted separately, nicotinamide riboside has 42 clinical trials and nicotinamide mononucleotide 22, while the phrase set naming an infused NAD+ preparation returns 22 papers in total and one relevant randomized trial, in heart failure.
Does sermorelin produce the effects attributed to growth hormone therapy?
Not on this record. Sermorelin reliably raises growth hormone, but the adult trials that measured what a reader cares about are three studies from the 1990s that disagree with each other, and no clinical trial of the molecule has been published since 2005.
Does the published thymosin beta-4 research apply to the compound sold as TB-500?
No. TB-500 is a seven-residue fragment of a 43-residue protein, and the clinical record belongs to the protein. Searched on its own names, TB-500 returns one record under the clinical-trial publication type, and that record is a study of tuberculosis.
Does the evidence behind tesamorelin's approval support general fat loss?
No. Every trial the approval rests on enrolled adults with HIV-associated lipodystrophy, and the one randomized trial of body composition outside that population reduced visceral fat while leaving subcutaneous fat statistically unchanged, at p equal to 0.40.
