What this site is

Peptide America is a reference publication about the regulatory status and published evidence of peptide compounds in the United States. Reading it forms no professional relationship of any kind. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice; treatment decisions belong with a licensed clinician, and questions about the lawfulness of a specific practice belong with counsel.

Accuracy and dates

Statuses are verified on the dates shown and can be outdated by later agency action; the date is part of every claim, and a statement read without its date is read incorrectly. Errors reported to editor@peptideamerica.org are corrected with a dated note. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publisher disclaims liability for decisions made in reliance on this site.

Citation and reuse

Quoting with attribution and a link to the canonical page is welcome; wholesale reproduction is not. Trademarks referenced here, including drug brand names, belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products discussed.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising from the use of this site, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and each party consents to that venue.

Funding

Some outbound links are partner links from which this site earns a commission; the full description is on the funding page, and analytics practices are on the privacy page.
