Class
This class exists because two molecules are sold on the same promise — slower aging, longer healthspan — and almost nothing else about them matches. One has one of the smallest human records in this index; the other has the largest randomized literature of any unapproved substance here. Their regulatory positions are nearly identical.
That pairing is the argument the class makes. If a large trial count produced a lawful route, these two would not be filed together; the count is not what decides, and the class is the shortest proof of it available on this site.

Epithalon; AEDG tetrapeptide
Removed from Category 2 in April 2026; PCAC recommended 503A listing in July 2026 on a reported tally; no FDA final rule. Verified August 2026.
Carnosine; beta-alanyl-L-histidine
Category 3 of the 503A bulks list — nominated without adequate support — despite a large randomized literature, almost all of it oral supplementation.
The records are at epitalon, recommended by the advisory committee in July 2026 and awaiting rulemaking, and L-carnosine, nominated without adequate support and sold lawfully as a dietary supplement instead. The human trial record prints the two counts side by side.
